Abstract
We reexamine and refine our former analysis of electromagnetic corrections to ${0}^{+}$-${0}^{+}$ \ensuremath{\beta} transitions. The disagreement with a recent approximate calculation of Sirlin and Zucchini is due to an error in our earlier numerical computation. The new results lead to much better agreement between the Ft values of the eight accurately studied decays. We find an average value of Ft =3072.4\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}1.6 s..AE
