Abstract

AbstractQuantum annealing (QA) is a new method to solve nonlinear inverse problems based on quantum tunneling effect of state transitions. Compared with simulated annealing, quantum annealing has a potential advantage in some aspects such as annealing convergent rate and avoiding being trapped in a local minimum. So the study of quantum annealing inversion is of important academic significance and practical value. In this paper, the inversion tests of some models and actual data show that QA has higher efficiency and accuracy. It is the first time to apply QA method to the geophysical inverse problem.
