Abstract

We examine some issues related to the efficiency of public-private partnership (PPP) in the mineral resources sector. It is shown that the PPP is not a universal instrument assuring positive results. Rather it is a mechanism requiring a detailed study and an individual approach. Using a number of mining facilities of Zabaikalskii krai, an attempt is made to assess the prospects for implementation of the particular PPP projects.
