Abstract

For many decades, European countries are confronted with a rise of expenses in health. Indeed, each country tries to answer this problem by a new system of management, trying to set up a powerful and efficient management of outflow. Health networks have to resolve a double question: increase of costs and technological development with human and material resources. Here, a radical innovation of management appears essential. This evolution could have a real impact on health system in Europe, by the way of tools and more than tools, by changing minds and health culture. In this way, we will show here how to manage partnerships between private and public organisations which could become a genuine tool of assistance and a concrete response to innovation challenges. We will talk about performance and efficiency and analyse example of French organisations, in health system, showing benefits, in terms of public and private partnership (PPP).
