Pseudomyxoma peritonei is an uncommon disease characterized by abundant extracellular mucin in the peritoneum, reactive fibrosis, neovascularization, and inflammation. We present a case report of a 58 year old male patient who presented with massive abdominal enlargement leading to pseudomyxoma peritonei arising from low grade appendiceal mucinous adenocarcinoma
