Abstract

A 43-year-old asymptomatic male was referred for a lesion adjacent to the right optic nerve. He denied any past ocular or medical history. Visual acuity was 20/20 OD and 20/20 OS. Dilated fundus examination revealed a yellow lesion inferior to the right optic nerve with otherwise normal nerve, vessels, and macula (Fig. 1A).
