Introduction

Knowledge and learning are the most important resources for achieving commercial and competitive advantage in today's modern world [1]. Organizations that can effectively use risk management of projects will become leading and successful organizations [5], [6]. Human beings deal with different risks throughout their lives. Any action performed or any decision made can be associated with risks [7], [8]. This is mainly due to our inability to guarantee the achievement of our desired result [9], [10]. There is danger wherever there is a risk since these dangers threaten the favorable results [11].
