Anxiety Disorder (AD) is considered the most prevalent psychiatric disorder. Currently with a global increase of 25%, it is associated with several pathologies. Considered the disorder that most affects quality of life, it has shown the need for attention and investments. Medicinal Biomagnetism (BM) is a complementary, natural, non-invasive, painless and low-cost therapeutic practice that has been consolidated for more than three decades. It works in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of bioelectric and biomagnetic dysfunctions, aiming at the energy rebalance of living beings as a whole, thus contributing to the treatment of diseases. The treatment of bioelectromagnetic dysfunctions occurs through static magnetic fields generated by magnets specific to the technique. Objective: to present a BM protocol for the treatment of ED, in order to rebalance health conditions. Method: descriptive literature review, of a qualitative nature and exploratory nature of the themes related to the theme. Result: portrait of the BM Psycho Emotional Disorders Protocol, which can be used by health professionals, therapists and Biomagnetists who prioritize the recovery of mental health, prevention of the severity of disorders, improvement in the functionality of each individual and conservation of their social bonds and affective. Conclusion: it is necessary to continue advancing with scientific research related to BM, in order to add such a tool as a complementary treatment allied to the physical, mental and emotional balance of people.
