Abstract

Armored hulls of modern lightly armored vehicles are quite vulnerable to the action of different factors, because an attempt to make light hull contradictsthe requirements of protection. In the paper the question is about the component of protection that corresponds of shock wave effect. For modeling of armored hull reaction on passage of such wave it is necessary to develop new approaches, methods, and models. They are presented in this paper. Unlike traditional approaches determination of surplus pressure distribution and stressed-deformed state of armored hull is envisaged taking into account flowages.
