Abstract
to identify some features male sexual identity and the male difficulties in the relation with women through the analysis of the requests and the behaviour of the customers of a sample of prostitutes. it was used a questionnaire self administered composed of 24 items in the multiple answer. The sample which is proposed is made up of 100 women aged between 20 and 44 years engaged in prostitution within local where it is usual to practice sex to payment. analysis of the questionnaires revealed some of the characteristics of guests and their specific requests. In particular: the age groups most represented (40-50), the high frequency of regular customers, and the particular required whose meaning was the subject of hypothesis interpretation. There was also a significant percentage of male sexual dysfunction, in particular erectile disfunction. Furthermore, the answers of the subjects also have highlighted relational needs. As regards the health risk the analysis of the data has evidenced a frequent request of unprotected sexual intercourses and the limited perception of risk as part of prostitutes. the reading of the data it can be assumed that the use of prostitution is encouraged by male sexual identity fragile that it aimed to a weak women able to meet unusual sexual requests that otherwise would not be fulfilled.
