To the Editor: Although propranolol has long been used for treating hypertension, angina pectoris, tachyarrhythmia, and myocardial infarction in adults, clinical trials to determine its safety in pediatric patients with infantile hemangioma (IH) are ongoing.1 Reports of propranolol use in patients with IH and congenital heart disease are scarce.
