Abstract
染料木黄酮作为一种蛋白酪氨酸激酶(PTK)特异性抑制剂,已成为国际抗癌药物的研究热点.其主要防癌机制为抑制细胞代谢关键酶活性、调节雌激素受体、增加抗氧化酶的活性及抑制血管生成作用等.现综述染料木黄酮对卵巢肿瘤的抗肿瘤作用及其作用机制研究进展。
