Abstract

The text analyzes the jewelry that emerges from the context of the African diaspora in Brazil , dealing with creole jewelry disseminated primarily from Bahia in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries , and strings of beads used in African-Brazilian religions , as well as its developments inside the Brazilian culture .
