To the information then in hand a few additions have been made, particularly with respect to a summary of the important lawsuit brought by the Mountain Water Supply Co., a subsidiary of the Pennsylvania Railroad, seeking to enjoin the discharge into its storage reservoir on Indian Creek in Fayette County, Pennsylvania, of acid mine water from the Melcroft Coal Co. and others operating coal mines in the Indian Creek Valley above the reservoir.
