Abstract
Abstract The Hungarian Parliament recently adopted an amendment to the Hungarian Patent Act (HPA),1 introducing significant changes to the Hungarian patent system from 18 November 2021 and 1 January 2022. These changes affect the bifurcation system, the Bolar exemption and interim injunctions.
