Abstract

Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is a common disease in critical patients, and the mortality rate is as high as 45%.Through decades of research, the pathogenesis of ARDS is still not clear, especially at the gene level.In recent years, miRNAs have become a new hot topic in biomedical research, and there are many new discoveries in the pathogenesis of ARDS.A large number of experiments have proved that the expression of miRNAs in the blood and lung tissue during ARDS will change, some of the miRNAs are involved in the pathogenesis and development of ARDS.This paper reviews the latest research progress of miRNAs in the pathogenesis of ARDS.
