Abstract
Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women and the second leading cause of death in female cancer patients. In recent years, the incidence of breast cancer has been increasing in China year by year, and the age of breast cancer patients becomes younger and younger. The pathogenesis of breast cancer is complex and related to many factors, such as age, family history and genetic variation. With the development of epigenetics, DNA modification plays an important role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer.
