Abstract
Vascular senescence plays an important role in facilitating a body senescence by mechanisms and the interacting of several factors.Reviewing the latest domestic and oversea studies, the hot points of theories are telomere and telomerase, mitochondria damage, oxidative stress, angiotensin Ⅱ, nuclear factor-kB, signaling pathway of Bmi-1 and mTOR p53, sirtuin family and so on.This paper mainly reviews the latest research on the mechanisms in vascular senescence.
