Abstract

Families of preterm infants need the collaboration of different services to take care of these children. These services must coordinate to give the adequate care, implementing together preventive programs. The preterm infants’ follow up program of Mostoles (Madrid) takes into account this essential coordination. We explain how this coordination develops, what it adds to each service and the importance the joint follow up has, starting from a collaboration that has started a decade ago. We show the most relevant data of the obtained results.
