The work challenges of developed countries, such as; (Indonesia) are characterised by the demands of professionalism in fierce work competition. There is a need for a new approach to the terminology of Quran-based professionalism to give maximum results to Muslims who reflect religious aspects. This research aims to understand the interpretation of the Quranic verses related to work professionalism and elaborate its meaning and to find out the opportunities for Quran-based work professionalism terminology to be applied to work demands in the modern era. The research method uses literature study with a qualitative-descriptive approach through thematic interpretation model. The results of the study found; that the terminology of professionalism can be combined with `ahsanu 'amalan and `atqana in the verse which indicates grade and quality in accordance with the field of expertise accompanied by aspects of piety. Known professionalism can be developed into religious-professionalism. It is undeniable that the modern world requires workers to adapt to the changes of the industrial revolution 4.0. The aspect of religiosity is really likely to improve the quality of international work professionalism.

Transcendence in the workplace is an individual's sense of connectedness to colleagues and the larger community through the perception of work as a service for the common good that generates a sense of completeness and fulfillment. To analyze it, a measuring instrument is needed that can measure this. This study aims to adapt transcendence at work measuring instruments and test the psychometric properties to be tested on Muslim workers in Indonesia. This measuring instrument has been confirmed suitable for use in Hindu workers in India, but there have been no studies that test this measuring instrument on Muslim workers. The concept of transcendence which is quite attached to the teachings of Islam makes researchers interested in conducting this research. The transcendence at work measuring instrument developed by Khari and Sinha consists of 3 dimensions and 12 items that can measure transcendence in the workplace. The process of adapting measuring instruments refers to the International Test Commission. This study involved 200 Muslim workers in Indonesia. The reliability tests used are alpha Cronbach and CFA to measure construct validity. It was found that all items in the transcendence at work measuring instrument can measure transcendence in the workplace in Muslim workers in Indonesia.

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Discipline and Work Professionalism on Employee Performance at PT. Benteng Purwa Putra Sukabumi Branch. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely by describing and exposing the variables studied and then drawing conclusions. The object of research that becomes the independent variable is Work Discipline (X1) and Work Professionalism (X2) and Employee Performance (Y) is the dependent variable. Data collection techniques carried out in this study were 54 people or respondents and data collection techniques using Likert Scale measurements. The results of this study are used in the determination coefficient test, there is an influence of 47.8% of work discipline and professionalism on employee performance, while the remaining 52.2% is influenced by other factors. Therefore, based on the F hypothesis test, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, which means that the influence of work discipline and professionalism on employee performance has a simultaneous effect. Where Fcount is 25.223 > 2.79 with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

The purpose of this research is to see: The influence of quality of work life and professionalism on the engagement of satlantas personnel in the Police Resort Kota Besar Medan. Hypothesis proposed is there is an influence of quality of work life and professionalism on work engagement. The research was conducted on 65 Satlantas personnel with sampling techniques is purposive sampling. Data retrieval by scale method is the scale of work engagement, quality of work life scale and professionalism scale. The data is analyzed by multiple regression statistics. The results showed; 1). There is a significant influence between quality of work life and professionalism on Work Engagement, the value of the Coefficient freg = 42,113; correlation coefficient R = 0.703; p < 0.000. Thus the research hypothesis is accepted, there is an influence between the quality of work life and professionalism with work engagement. The total effective contribution of independent variables (quality of work life and professionalism) to work involvement is 46.4%. From these results it is known that there are still 53.6% of the influence of other factors on work engagement which is not seen in this study. 2). There is a significant influence between Quality Of Work Life on work engagement, with a correlation coefficient of 0.547; this means that the better the Quality Of Work Life, the better work engagement. Quality Of Work Life provides an effective contribution to the Work Involvement variable or the equivalent of 17.2%.3). There is a significant influence between professionalism and job involvement with a correlation coefficient of 0.646; this shows, the higher the professionalism, the better the Work Involvement of the Medan Police Traffic Police Personnel, and conversely, the lower the professionalism, the lower the work engagement. The professionalism variable gave an effective contribution to the Work Engagement variable by 32.3%.

This study is aimed to investigate the direct and indirect effect of the Quality of Human Resources, Work Professionalism and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at Dinas Pendidikan Hulu Sungai Selatan. This study approach is a quantitative approach. In this study, there are 27 employees as the population and they are taken as the sample by using census technique which the entire population is the same as the sample. The path analysis is used to analyze the data. The analysis result showed that the Quality of Human Resources and Work Professionalism have a direct effect on Employee Performance. Besides having a direct effect, the Quality of Human Resources and Work Professionalism also have an indirect effect on performance through Organizational Commitment.Simultaneously, the Quality of Human Resources, Work Professionalism and Organizational Commitment support the Employees Performance at Dinas Pendidikan Hulu Sungai Selatan.

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource quality, work professionalism, and continuous commitment on the performance of oil palm harvester employees at PT. Bangun Nusa Mandiri, Ketapang Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach, with primary data collection through a questionnaire distributed to 100 employees. The data obtained was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique with SmartPLS Version 3.0 software to test the hypothesis that had been formulated. The results of the study show that the quality of human resources, work professionalism, and continuous commitment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This finding is expected to contribute to the company in improving the quality of human resources and employee work professionalism in order to achieve better organizational goals

This research aims to determine the influence of the quality of Human Resources and work professionalism on the performance of educational staff at the University of 17 August 1945 Semarang. The population used was all educational staff (tendik) at the University of 17 August 1945 Semarang with a total of 140 people, the sample size used was 104 respondents, with a sampling technique using proportionate random sampling. The data source used is primary data, with data collection methods using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the quality of human resources had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work professionalism had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination value is 0.463, meaning that the quality of Human Resources and work professionalism can explain variations in employee performance variables by 46.3 percent, so it still needs to be followed up with further research, especially related to individual aspects and employee performance

Abstract
 Background – for service companies such as banks, customer satisfaction is very vital and basically every company, especially service companies, always strive to improve customer satisfaction. High customer satisfaction can increase profits. For this reason, in this study, several factors are discussed which are antecedents of customer satisfaction. Objective - This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, work professionalism, and service quality on customer satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. Design / methodology / approach – the population in this study were customers of Bank Jatim Hospital Dr. Branch. Soetomo Surabaya with a total of 2,400 customers. The technique for determining the number of samples uses the Slovin formula and from a population of 2,400 customers, 96 customers are obtained as research samples. The sampling technique used random sampling with a lottery system. Data analysis was done by using multiple linear regression test. Findings – The results of the study show that service quality, work professionalism, and service quality affect customer satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. Research implication – The results of this study can be used as a reference by companies, especially the banking industry to improve customer satisfaction by paying attention to antecedent factors in the form of service quality, work professionalism, and service quality. Limitations – The population of this research is limited to Bank Jatim, for generalization it is necessary to do research with a wider scope and involve several banks as the population.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of employee productivity levels, work professionalism, and compensation on employee performance at PT. Surya Tara Jaya. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The sampling method uses saturated sampling technique. The sample of this research is all employees of PT. Surya Tara Jaya as many as 55 people. Statistical method using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, by testing the hypothesis test statistic t. The results showed, a) the employee productivity variable has a value of tcount < ttable, namely -2.227 < -2.008 and a significant 0.030 > 0.05; b) the variable of work professionalism has a value of tcount > ttable, namely 4.38 > 2.008 and a significant value of 0.00 <0.05; c) the compensation variable has a tcount <ttable, namely 0.87 <2.008 and a significant 0.389 > 0.05. In conclusion, employee productivity has a partial and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Surya Tara Jaya. Work professionalism has a partial and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Surya Tara Jaya. Compensation has no effect and is not partially significant on the performance of employees at PT. Surya Tara Jaya. Employee productivity, work professionalism, and compensation have a significant and simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. Surya Tara Jaya.

Thematic interpretation as a method of interpretation is a contemporary term that has just emerged in the modern era. However, the forerunner or basic form of this thematic interpretation has existed since the early days of Islam. This study aims to trace the existence of thematic interpretations in classical exegesis literature, more specifically in the book of Tafsir At-Tabari and Ibnu Katsir. In addition, the form of thematic interpretation in the two books is also the purpose of this research. This research was written using a literature study (Library Research) by reading and reviewing the literature that became the object of the research study. In addition, this study also refers to several works of contemporary scholars who discuss the thematic interpretation methodology as a finished product produced in the modern era. From the study conducted, the author found several basic forms of thematic interpretation in the two books of interpretation.

Web-based Project and Service Search “O-ser” Application

The purpose of this study is to build an application that provides a list of relevant jobs for job seekers according to their preferences and especially those required by freelance workers in Indonesia. The research method used includes three main parts, namely literature study, observation of similar applications, and surveys. Literature study includes four main parts, namely literature study, observation of similar applications, prototyping, and evaluation. Literature study includes reading and studying books, previous theses, literature related to the topic, and drawing conclusions from all references. Observation of similar applications is carried out by observing several similar applications that have similar functions and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of each of these applications as a reference. A working application prototype is built based on the prior requirement gathering. The evaluation was conducted using the System Usability Scale survey which is carried out by providing an online form to the public. The results achieved from this study based on the reliability test show that this research instrument is reliable or trustworthy. The validity test shows that all question items can be used as a means of collecting data on the aspects studied. The results of the calculation of the System Usability Scale (SUS) method from a total of 40 participants and 10 SUS questions, obtained an average score of 75.56 and the O-ser application got a percentile rank score for SUS class B with a score of ⩾74. In conclusion, the O-ser application makes it easier for users, especially workers, to find jobs according to their desired preferences, and job providers make a list of the jobs needed.

The quality of human resources, work professionalism, communication has an influence on the performance of education and employment center employees in airlines both partially and simultaneously. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The aviation training center population was 79 employees and 75 people were taken as respondents with the sampling method used was simple random sampling or simple random samples. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of testing and analysis conducted stated that the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work professionalism has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the quality of human resources, work professionalism, and communication support employee performance.

This study aims to determine the influence of determinants of human resource quality, work professionalism and work motivation on improving employee performance at PT. Kraft Heinz ABC. The number of samples in this study is 41 respondents who are employees of PT. Kraft Heinz ABC where with the saturated sample method. The data collection method is by means of observation, interviews, documentation studies and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous tests (F-test) and partial tests (t-tests). The results of this study are that the quality of human resources has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Kraft Heinz ABC. Work professionalism has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Kraft Heinz ABC. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Kraft Heinz ABC. The quality of human resources, work professionalism and work motivation together affect employee performance at PT. Kraft Heinz ABC. Suggestions that can be given are adjusting the employee's work position, working according to SOPs, providing rewards for employees so that they can improve employee performance.

This study aims to determine how the influence of human resource quality and work professionalism on employee performance at PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk Lubuk Pakam. This type of research is quantitative which is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sample used in this study were employees - employees of PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama Lubuk Pakam numbered 80 people from a total population of 400 people. Based on the data analysis conducted, the results show that the quality of human resources (X1) and work professionalism (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT.Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk Lubuk Pakam.

This research aims to determine the quality of human resources, work professionalism, commitment and their influence on employee performance. on the performance of Kultura Digital Media (KDM) publishing employees in Surakarta city both partially and simultaneously. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in the company amounted to 100 permanent employees and 50 people were taken as respondents. 50 people were taken as respondents with the sampling method used was simple random sampling or simple random sampling by means of a lottery / simple random sample. Simple random sampling by means of a lottery / draw from the names of KDM Surakarta employees who were then taken as many as the sample used, namely 50 people. draw as much as the sample used, namely 50 names of employees selected in the draw. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression analysis. Work related to humans, including aspects of the economy and fundamental human rights, is essential. Every individual, regardless of gender, has equal rights in the workforce. In the modern era, women are involved in forced labor, although they still face various challenges. In normative terms, protecting women's rights as workers in Indonesia is regulated by Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment, alongside several other regulations and international conventions such as the ILO and CEDAW. However, there are several gaps in the framework, such as provisions that do not fully protect female workers and a lack of effective implementation of the conventions that have been ratified, which often merely reiterate the norms of the international convention. On the other hand, Germany has also ratified the convention and has more specific regulations for protecting women's rights. By comparing the laws of Indonesia and Germany, this research aims to provide recommendations for improvements and refinements in employment regulations in Indonesia. The research method employed is a normative legal study with a statutory, conceptual, and comparative approach. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the regulations for protecting female workers in Indonesia and Germany have similarities and differences. In Indonesia, the protection of women is primarily outlined in the Employment Act, while in Germany, each protection category is more distinctly defined in the Constitution. Although both jurisdictions address matters such as maternity, protection from discrimination, and wage equality for equivalent work, there is a difference in the level of detail in their arrangements.
