Abstract

In modern integration processes, society needs specialists competent in a variety of activities: professional, social, social and cultural. This study is devoted to the scientific problem - the role of professional culture in the formation of the guides’ professional skills. Based on the analysis of foreign and domestic scientific literature on cultural issues, approaches to the definition of the concept of "professional culture" were considered, its inherent properties were identified. The main emphasis of the study is on determining the influence of professional culture in the formation of professional competencies of the guide.
