Nonetheless, theoretical and practical urgency regarding elementary school teachers' professional growth is always relevant. Effective professional capacity development for primary school teachers requires a thorough understanding of the 2018 General Education Program's standards for this activity. In order to comply with the 2018 General Education Program, this activity must also be completed according to the goals, content, methodologies, assessment, and guarantee conditions of the outcomes of primary school teachers' professional capacity development.
