Abstract

The increase of waste products on the market will lead to a shortage of resources and the deterioration of the environment. The premise of the realization of remanufacturing engineering is the redundancy of product design life. The method is to give new life to scrapped parts. However, there will be problems with customer demand orientation and fragmentation of parts. Based on this research background, this paper proposes a remanufacturing process-oriented product structure information model, which mathematically models the mapping mechanism of remanufacturing design parameters and features. At the same time, the design goal conflict coordination and transformation under the constraints of the product model are analyzed to simulate the stochastic process generation algorithm. Finally, this paper uses the remanufacturing process of an auto part as a case to verify the algorithm’s effectiveness.
