Abstract

Abstract Product integrity will be explained in terms of the highest possible quality in combination with the lowest possible risks for the consumer. The Packaging Process will be related to the present product and packaging assortment as well as the future developments. To reach the objectives different systems and procedures in the packaging process are used, judged on efficiency and functionality. Four subjects will be discussed to present the outline of Heineken’s approach. The subjects are: co-makership, HACCP in the packaging process, functional design of packages and efficiency of the packaging process.
