The article is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Journal “PEDIATRIA. Journal named after G.N. Speransky,” which bears the name of its founder, the great Russian pediatrician G.N. Speransky, who has been a constant editor-in-chief for almost half a century. The title of the journal has changed many times, but its topics always remained relevant and had scientific and practical orientation. The conducted analysis of articles published in the Journal “PEDIATRIA. Journal named after G.N. Speransky” allows us to conclude that during the century the journal comprehensively reflected on its pages the main problems of the children’s health care system and provided solutions to them as in the Soviet years, and during the transition to modern Russia.
