Russian Abstract: Рассматриваются, как уголовно-правовые, так и, связанные с ними, юридико-психологические проблемы судебно-психологической экспертизы аффекта. Обосновываются предложения по совершенствованию уголовно-правового определения аффекта, исходя из психологической теории аффекта. Анализируется проблема экспертной психологической оценки временного критерия при определении возможности управления поведением в состоянии аффекта.English Abstract: How criminal law and related to them, legal and psychological problems of forensic psychological examination of affect.
