Abstract
A case of primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma leg type is reported. An 82-year-old woman pre-sented with a 2 months history of three red nodules on her left lower leg. There were no signs of systemic involvement. Histopathologic examination revealed lymphoid cell infiltration in the dermis,non-epidermotropic phenomenon,mainly large cells,with positive staining for CD20,CD79α,Bcl-2,Bcl-6,Ki-67(70%),MUM1 and Pax-5,and negative staining for CD10. The diagnosis was made as the leg type of primary cutaneous large B-cell lymphoma. The patient was treated with surgical excision and systemic corticosteroids.
