Abstract

Twin gestations account for a substantial proportion of preterm, small for gestational age (SGA) neonates. Evidence is limited on SGA severity and outcomes by twin status and birth order. We investigated the associations between SGA severity and birth outcomes among twins using a contemporary, population-based cohort.
