Abstract

Flexible transparent electrode is an irreplaceable part of flexible solar cells. The polyurethane/polyacrylonitrile nanofibers film loaded with silver nanowire network was fabricated and served as a transparent fabric-like electrode. This fabric-like transparent electrode shows promising flexibility and well stretchability. It possesses a light transmission of 80% in the visible range, and its bending radius is less than one millimeter with a break strain of 70%. This transparent fabric-like electrode retains its original charge transport property during being appropriately stretched and bent. Hence, the electrode was employed to assemble perovskite solar cells. As a result, a 4.06% conversion efficiency was obtained. More importantly, the devices maintained above 85% its original efficiency under the bending radius of 3 millimeter.
