Abstract
Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment points of fat embolism syndrome.Methods 11 cases of FES patients were reviewed,analysis were made about the process of the diagnosis and treatment.Results Of all the 11 patients,1 cases died,the other 10 cases were cured,no sequela were found.Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment is the key point.Prevention and cure of shock,management of fracture,the application of glucocorticoids,hyperbaric oxygen therapy and respiration maintenance are all very important.
