Abstract
The 2nd International Conference on Engineering and Applied Science (INCEAS) to be held in Shantika Premier Hotel Yogyakarta, Indonesia on November 16 2019. The 2nd INCEAS 2019 is hosted by Faculty of Engineering and Science Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto Indonesia. The objective of 2nd INCEAS 2019 is to bring together researchers, scientists, academics, and engineers in the area of Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Informatical Technology Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Applied Science from all over the world.This conference program is highlighted by four invited keynote speakers & plenary speaker:• Assoc. Prof. Ahmad Ruslan Mohd Ridzuan from Faculty of Civil Engineering, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia.• Asst. Prof. Chaleeda Borompichaichartkul, Department of Food Technology, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.• Haryanto, Ph.D, Department of Chemical Engineering, Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto Indonesia• Dr. Aqsha from Dept of Chemical Engineering, University Technology Petronas Malaysia.There were 71 papers which were presented at the conference.
