Abstract

At present, COVID-19 is still having an enormous impact in global areas. International or long-distance travels are still risky. In consideration of the safety of all speakers and participants, 2nd International Conference on Modeling, Simulation, Optimization and Algorithm (ICMSOA2020), organized by Yaseen academy, Wuhan, China, had been held online via Tencent Meeting at Nov. 10, 2020.There are 4 speakers in total and 15 participants from Ocean University of China, Henan Polytechnic University, Henan University, Central South University, Huaqiao University, etc. Every speaker was given about 40 minutes including the Q&Atime, the detailed information for the speeches can be found via this link: http://www.yaseen.org.cn/NewsDetail.aspx?ID=88This Conference looks for significant contributions to all major fields of Computational Modeling, Simulation, Optimization and Algorithm in theoretical and practical aspects. The aim of the conference is to provide a platform to the researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet and share cutting-edge development in the field.All accepted papers included into this collection have undergone careful peer-review by at least two reviewers before being selected for publication. They went through the peer-reviewed process by conference committee members and reviewers to ensure their compliance to meet the required standard for qualified scientific publications.We would like to thank the editors, all staff, the Committee members, all the reviewers and everyone who had worked for and lending a hand in reviewing papers and making valuable suggestions for the improvement of the conference.
