PREFACE

Abstract

ICFEE 2021 was successfully held in virtual mode of conference during 28-30 January, 2021, which was a great success. The location of organizer is Building 38, No.1 Shilibao, Chaoyang District, Beijing, China. Due to the spread of covid-19 in the world, the epidemic situation in various countries is complicated, and the entry-exit management of the local government is strict. Most authors chose the online presentation. Considering the safety of the authors and facilitating more authors to participate in the meeting to achieve better communication effect, conference committee finally decided to hold the 2021 11th International Conference on Future Environment and Energy (ICFEE 2021) as virtual conference.Under the theme of “Future environment and energy ”, Prof. Kondo Akira from Osaka University, Japan has been invited to do the opening remarks and also given his keynote speech ”Preservation of Indoor and Outdoor Environment by Data Assimilation Method”; Prof. Rodney Stewart from Griffith University, Queensland, Australia has been invited to give his keynote speech “Integrated Intelligent Energy-Water Metering Systems and Informatics for Enhanced Utility Operations and Customer Engagement”; Prof. Jim P. Zheng from State University of New York at Buffalo, New York, USA has shared his keynote speech “Lithium-ion Sulfur Battery as a Potential Candidate for Electric Grid Energy Storage” and Prof. Derek W. Bunn from London Business School, UK has given his keynote speech ” The Post-Liberalised Electricity Market”.All sessions in this virtual conference were presented by Zoom, many researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world have presented their research results and development activities. Each author had 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for question and answer. During the question time, the author can use the “Raise Hand” function or “chat” function to ask questions. There were 10 sessions for presentations: Solar photovoltaics and photovoltaic system assessment, Environmental engineering and environmental analysis, Energy and power engineering, Energy market and energy economics, Building energy conservation and sustainable architecture, Ecological environment management and environmental risk assessment, Solar radiation analysis and solar power, Power engineering and power electronic technology, Environmental engineering and biotechnology, Energy and power engineering.
