Abstract
Objective To explore the effect the practice constant improvement nursing quality management in the demo project high-quality nursing service. Methods To work out or amend regulations and duties concerned, improve management policies and evaluation standard, increase clinical nursing staff, strengthen human resource management and patient-centered nursing concept, implement basic nursing, optimize service procedures and quality during the practice of The Demo Project High-quality Nursing Service. Results Nursing quality was improved and patients' satisfactory degree was increased after the practice constant improvement nursing quality management. Conclusions The practice constant improvement nursing quality management is good to achieve high-quality nursing services in the activities demo project high-quality nursing service.
