Abstract
Metastatic neoplasms to the oral and maxillofacial (OMF) region from distant sites are rare and only 1% of all oral malignant tumors. They are most often located in the mandible, where a majority occur in the molar region. Metastatic tumors generally tend to occur more often in patients older than 60 years.
