Abstract
Herlin — Werner — Wunderlich syndrome or OHVIRA (Obstructed hemivagina and ipsilateral renal anomaly) is a rare type of uterine and vaginal doubling defect (0,1 – 10,0 % of all uterine abnormalities) which is characterized by a triad of symptoms: uterus didelphys, unilateral obstructed hemivagina, and ipsilateral renal dysgenesis. The manifestation of the disease usually present after menarche, is accompanied by severe pain syndrome, leads to redoubted complications and organ-carrying operations with decreasing the fertility. At an earlier age, it can manifest itself as an infection of the genitourinary system. The diagnosis is based on clinical and anamnestic data using instrumental methods, the most accessible and safe of which is ultrasound. This article presents three clinical cases of patients 5 – 6 years old with a description of the ultrasound picture of the OHVIRA syndrome.

Summary
Возможности ранней ультразвуковой диагностики синдрома Херлина — Вернера — Вундерлиха (клинические наблюдения). Херлина — Вернера — Вундерлиха cиндром или OHVIRA (Obstructed hemivagina and ipsilateral renal anomaly), является редкой разновидностью порока удвоения матки и влагалища (0,1–10 % от всех аномалий матки) и характеризуется триадой симптомов: полным удвоением матки и влагалища с аплазией нижних отделов гемивагины и ипсилатеральной дисгенезией почки. Манифест заболевания приходится на период становления менструальной функции, сопровождается выраженным болевым синдромом, приводит к грозным осложнениям и органоуносящим операциям с нарушением фертильности. В более раннем возрасте может проявляться инфекцией мочеполовой системы. Диагноз основывается на клинико-анамнестических данных и инструментальных методах, наиболее доступным и безопасным из которых является ультразвуковое исследование (УЗИ). Представлены три наблюдения пациенток 5–6-летнего возраста с описанием УЗ-картины синдрома OHVIRA.
