Abstract
BK Virus Nephropathy (BKVN) is known complication in the early post-transplant period and one of the causes of allograft failure. The mainstay therapy of BK Viremia (BKV) is reduction of immunosuppression. There is very sparse data in using IVIG in the treatment of BKVN. Here, we illustrated a recent case of BKVN that is successfully treated with reduction of immunosuppression and IVIG.
