1010-7940/$ — see front matter # 2010 European Association for Cardio-Thoracic S doi:10.1016/j.ejcts.2010.02.023 A 27-year-old male, diagnosed with portal vein aneurysm during his childhood, presented with exertional dyspnoea recently. Computed tomography (CT) angiogram (Fig. 1) and volume-rendering reconstruction image (Fig. 2) showed portal venous aneurysmal dilatation that resulted from left partial anomalous pulmonary venous return (PAPVR). He was treated conservatively.
