Abstract

AbstractThe influence of inert porogenic mixture and monomer mixture composition and concentration on specific surface areas, pore size distribution, volumes of pores capable of capillary condensation of nitrogen and true density of copolymers were investigated for a new type of methacrylate monomer system: methyl methacrylate and di(methacryloyloxymethyl)naphthalene. The obtained copolymers exhibit similar character as it is typical for PPSPPS = Porous by Precipitant and Solvent. styrene‐divinylbenzene resins.
