Abstract
After successful radical prostatectomy prostate specific antigen (PSA) should become undetectable by conventional PSA assays. However, ultrasensitive PSA assay techniques allow considerably lower limit of detection than standard PSA assays. The objective of this study was to investigate weather the dynamic of postoperative ultrasensitive PSA decrease could predict the biochemical relapse of prostate cancer.
