Abstract
Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a progressive nervous system disorder that leads to stiffness, shaking, and difficulty with balance, walking, and coordination. Apomorphine is a dopamine agonist that is thought to play a role in off states and motor function improvement in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). In this systematic review, we aimed to synthesize evidence from published clinical trials on the efficacy and safety of the administration of apomorphine in PD patients.
