Abstract

Cavotricuspid isthmus (CTI) radiofrequency ablations (RFA) remain a common intervention for typical re-entrant pathway atrial flutter (AFL). 3-D electroanatomic mapping has been the cornerstone of CTI ablation, however further visualization with intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) provides an additional technique to ensure a more accurate and complete CTI full thickness ablation.
