Abstract
The Micra transcatheter pacing system (Medtronic, Fridley, MN) has become a popular pacing system in patients with risk factors for, or a history of complications with transvenous pacemaker systems. With increasing utilization we have encountered cases needing device explant. In this case series we present a case series of 4 patients who underwent extraction of a leadless pacemaker system with implantation of a transvenous system.
