Abstract

Leadless pacemakers (LPM) are increasingly used in pediatric patients with rare or intermittent pacing needs. Models with mechanical atrial sensing capabilities to maintain atrioventricular synchrony are now available. Limited data exist regarding use and efficacy of mechanical atrial sensing in the young.
