Abstract

Smart Anticancer Drug Nanocarriers In article number 2206813, Neralla Vijayakameswara Rao, Wei-Hung Chiang, and co-workers develop a plasma engineering of nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot (NGQD) hydrogels with robust, porous and photoluminescence properties. The presence of NGQDs in the hydrogel can accelerate and improve the loading capacity of anticancer drug doxorubicin via π-π interaction, and exhibits stable solid-state photo-luminescence (PL) to monitor the drug loading and releasing through the Förster resonance energy transfer with the doxorubicin.
