Planning of the investigation of the crimes committed by organized criminal groups

Abstract

Peculiarities of planning the investigation of the crimes committed by organized criminal groups and specificity of the planning activity of an investigative team are determined in the article. The content of the main parts of the crimes committed by organized criminal groups’ investigation plan are clarified. The specificity of suggestion of the investigative versions while planning the investigation of such crimes is refined. It is mentioned that typical versions as the ones of the highest scientific generalization are formed on the base and due to the typical investigative situations, and in planning of the investigation of the crimes committed by organized criminal groups they have oriented meaning, as long as they are based on the little information. Thus, the typical versions get a real importance especially at the first stage of the planning. It is defined that the analysis of planning of the investigative team’s activity concerning the disclosure of felonies and especially grave crimes is one of the prospective directions of the future researches.
