Daniel: is a lawyer in the Corporate Human Resources Department of Ashland Inc., an energy and chemical company with more than 31,000 employees worldwide, and she specializes in preventive employment law counseling and training. She also provides counsel and guidance on a variety of human resource-related legal and policy issues, as well as executive and director compensation matters. She is coauthor of a chapter in the 1992 UK/CLE Employment Law Deskbook titled “Privacy Issues: Employer Practices and Policy Concerns” and is a frequent speaker on both employment law and human resource topics before various business, civic, and educational groups.
