Abstract

Measuring information system (IS) is important to determine the success and readiness of any IS in public sector. The aims of this study are to validate the reliability of survey instrument for proposed ICT compliance index model that based on IS success theory and IS quality concept. A total number of 62 valid questionnaires was collected from IS users at three Malaysian public universities. We analyzed the data using partial least square (PLS) in order to evaluate the reliability and validity of the constructs and measurement items defined in the model. The study result shows that the survey instrument is reliable for conducting an actual empirical study to further validate the proposed model.
