Abstract
Background: Excellent aesthetic results can be achieved in mandibular reconstructions with using free fibular bone flap. However, the vertical deficiency made dental rehabilitation impossible. To overcome this vertical distraction of the reconstructed mandible is a good treatment option. But the use of traditional instruments to perform this kind of surgery would be difficult.
