Multiple sclerosis (MS) damage develops differently between the sexes1. Here we investigate the relationship between GM perfusion and white matter lesion volume and test whether this is different between the sexes. We hypothesis that there is a relationship between cerebral grey matter (GM) hypoperfusion and white matter damage2,3,4 and expect that this is affected by sex.
